At the moment, the incident has been registered in the Incident Log, and a preliminary investigation has been initiated.
As a result of the investigation under Article 126 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, four individuals were detained: G.A. (born in 1989), K.T. (born in 1997), P.L. (born in 2002), and Y.G. (born in 1996). All of them were placed in the temporary detention facility of the respective district department.
As a result of the decision of the Oktobrskiy District Court, each of the detainees was fined 5,500 soms.
