As a result of operational activities conducted by the police of the Uch-Korgon department, facts of illegal document fabrication and sale of land plots in the Kadamjai district and the city of Kyzyl-Kiya were uncovered.
The investigation established that the chief specialist of the Kyzyl-Kiya city land resources agency (cadastre), T.M., and his accomplice, T.E., who does not have a permanent job, managed to obtain from citizen T.Zh. the amount of 3 million 778 thousand soms. This incident was registered in the Unified Register of Crimes and Offenses of the Kadamjai District Department of Internal Affairs on February 12, 2026.
In addition, during the investigation, other cases related to the illegal sale of land plots were discovered. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
