As a result of the audit, significant violations in financial discipline were identified, as well as discrepancies with the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding accounting, reporting, and internal controls.
The total amount of identified violations amounted to 8 million 880 thousand 600 soms. During the inspections, 414 thousand 500 soms were returned to the city budget.
The audit materials have been forwarded to the Bishkek Prosecutor's Office for further legal analysis.
The city hall continues its active work to strengthen internal control, prevent corruption risks, and other violations in the institutions and departments under its jurisdiction.
