The suspect exhibited aggression and used obscene language when communicating with the police
During monitoring of social networks, employees of the SPENM of the Bishkek City Police Department discovered an account under the name "Zholdosh Syrgakov." This profile was used to disseminate video materials that could negatively affect the reputation of high-ranking officials of the government of Kyrgyzstan, as specified by law enforcement agencies.
Information about the incident was registered in the Unified Register of the Bishkek City Police Department, after which a preliminary investigation began. It was established that the account belongs to a man named J.S., born in 1983.
During the investigative actions, J.S. refused to comply with the legal demands of the police and used obscene expressions towards them.
As a result of the investigation, the materials were transferred to the Public Security Service of the Pervomaisky District Police Department. A protocol was drawn up against J.S. under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning petty hooliganism, after which he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
