According to information provided by the regional emergency management agency, a woman born in 2008, known as T.K., and a man born in 1996 named R.R. fell through the ice.
Four rescuers from the Karakol city unit No. 15 were dispatched for the rescue. They successfully managed to extract the woman from the water and hand her over to the paramedics.
The man, who also ended up in the water, was pulled to shore by a local resident who was nearby at the time of the incident.
