She stated that on the same day her ex-husband came to her temporary residence, where he began to threaten her, use physical force, and curse at her, twisting her arms and psychologically pressuring her.

It has been established that such actions by the man have been ongoing since their divorce in August 2020. Between 2025 and 2026, the woman had already contacted the police five times with similar complaints. Despite administrative measures taken against the suspect, his aggressive behavior did not change.
In connection with the above-described incident, a criminal case has been initiated under part 1 of Article 138 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning abuse.
The suspect, 34-year-old A.A., has been detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department. The investigation is currently ongoing.
