On February 10, during a meeting with drivers and employees of the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek City Transport," the head of the operational-search department of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek, Zamirbek Ergeshov, reported that pickpocketing incidents most often occur on buses that are not equipped with surveillance cameras.

He also noted that in buses with installed cameras, such cases are not recorded.

Ergeshov urged the meeting participants to remain vigilant and report any suspicious individuals by calling 102.
