According to information from law enforcement agencies, in the Chety-Bulak area of Batken city, this individual was illegally selling undeveloped land plots, misleading local residents for personal gain.
The detained individual is N.K., a 40-year-old resident of the village of Jany-Bak, which is part of the Samarkandek rural district of the Batken region. He is currently being held in a temporary detention facility as a suspect under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Fraud).
Investigative actions are underway in this case.
