The criminal managed to steal a gold chain with a pendant
In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a suspect in an apartment theft has been arrested, according to information from the First May District Police Department.
A local resident, O.N., reported the incident on February 7, 2026, after discovering the theft in his home. The incident occurred on February 6, when an unknown person broke into his residence in the Ak-Bosogo area between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. As a result of the theft, the criminal stole a gold chain with a pendant, valued at 50,000 soms.
During the investigation of the criminal case initiated under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, operatives were able to identify and detain I.T., born in 1988. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
