According to law enforcement agencies, on February 1, a resident of the city of Balykchy named J.D., born in 1999, approached the local police station. He reported that on January 31, in the territory of Orto-Böyrok, in the village of Ak-Ölön, unknown individuals stole his sheep from the barn. The damage amounted to 20,000 soms.
The fact of the crime was registered in the Unified Register of Crimes of the Balykchy Internal Affairs Department, and a criminal case was initiated under Article 205¹ ("Theft of Cattle") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As part of the operation "Arsenal," conducted by the officers of the City Internal Affairs Department, a suspect was detained — a resident of the village of Ak-Ölön, R.N., born in 1992.
During the interrogation, the suspect fully confessed to his guilt. The court in Balykchy decided on a preventive measure, placing him in custody until the investigative actions are completed.
