After the publication of Jeffrey Epstein's archive, his connections with various people and the beneficiaries of his assets became known. According to a trust agreement drafted just two days before his death, the main heir was identified as Belarusian dentist Karina Shulyak. She was not only his chosen one but also the last person he communicated with before the tragic events. Epstein left her a sum in the tens of millions of dollars, but it remains unclear whether this amount has been transferred, and if not, whether it will be possible in the future, as reported by "Meduza".

Jeffrey Epstein was found dead on August 10, 2019, in his cell in a New York prison, where he was held on charges of trafficking, including minors, for sexual exploitation. His death was officially ruled a suicide, although conspiracy theories suggest that he may have been murdered. Two days before his death, he drafted a 32-page document outlining his heirs.

Initially, Epstein's estate was estimated at nearly $600 million; however, according to court documents from 2025, this amount has decreased to $127 million. In his will, he distributed $288 million and several real estate properties, as reported by ABC News.

Who Will Inherit Epstein's Millions

Epstein specified that his estate should be divided among forty beneficiaries, including his brother Mark and his girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year sentence for recruiting minors for sexual exploitation. Some names in the documents remain confidential.

Under the terms of the trust agreement, Ghislaine Maxwell and Mark Epstein were to receive $10 million each. Accountant Richard Kahn and attorney Darren Indyke, who signed the agreement and became its executors, were allocated $25 million and $50 million, respectively. The primary heir of Epstein became Karina Shulyak, who, according to the document, was to receive $100 million, 48 diamonds, a diamond ring, as well as his real estate, including apartments in Paris and New York, a ranch in New Mexico, and the private island of Little Saint James, where parties were held.

Currently, Karina Shulyak is believed to reside in New York; however, it is unknown whether she has received her inheritance and to what extent. The New York Times reports that Epstein's estate has diminished after taxes and compensation payments to victims. Attorney Daniel Weiner, representing the interests of Epstein's executors, Richard Kahn and Darren Indyke, noted that none of the beneficiaries will receive "any money" until all estate requirements are met, including compensation to victims. According to him, Kahn and Indyke have already paid $170 million to the victims.
