In Balıkçı, at the intersection of J. Abdrakhmanov and Karybaev streets, a traffic accident occurred, as reported by eyewitnesses who shared a video recording.
According to the data from the Issyk-Kul regional traffic control service, the incident happened on February 5 at around 17:00. The driver, K. T. K., residing in the Tyup district, was driving a "JAC" vehicle. He stopped at a red traffic light when his car was rammed by a vehicle traveling in the opposite lane.

The driver who entered the opposite lane was identified as A. Sh. Zh. from Balıkçı. He was driving a "Nissan Primera," which was the cause of the collision.

As a result of the accident, the driver of the "Nissan Primera" and a passenger in the "JAC" vehicle were injured and both were taken to the Balıkçı hospital for medical assistance.

Information about the incident has been registered with the Balıkçı internal affairs department, where necessary investigations and checks are currently being conducted.
