On January 17, law enforcement officers conducted a search of a vehicle driven by A.A.K., born in 1988. During the inspection, hashish known as "chars" was discovered in the car. As a result, T.J.J., born in 1992, better known as "Takalak," and T.I.S., born in 1989, were detained. The latter was found with opium in his jacket.
According to information, this crime has been classified under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of drugs and psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale.
According to the DCS, T.I.S. is a key figure in drug trafficking activities. He already had convictions for crimes related to murder, kidnapping, mass riots, and concealing a crime. It is worth noting that he was supposed to serve a sentence in penal colony No. 26; however, according to the investigation, the suspect created a fictitious employment contract with an individual entrepreneur and received a corresponding certificate, which allowed him to remain at large. The investigative authorities will continue to investigate this matter.
During the investigation, other members of the criminal group will be identified.
