A night fire was extinguished in Kok-Moynok: yurts and trading kiosks burned down

On February 4, a night fire occurred in the village of Kok-Moynok-2, which is within the city of Balakchi. It started on the roadside, where dry grass caught fire. According to rescuers, the fire was completely extinguished by 01:05.

Preliminary data indicates that the area of the fire was about 2 hectares. As a result of the incident, four yurts and two metal trading kiosks located along the road burned down.

Two fire crews were involved in extinguishing the fire: the first arrived at the scene at 22:30, and the second at 23:09.

Fortunately, there were no casualties as a result of the incident. The causes of the fire are currently being investigated.
