Guys with girls were relaxing at a hotel when strangers burst in and robbed them.

On February 4 in Bishkek, it became known about the detention of a suspect in a robbery, according to information from the press service of the Leninsky District Police Department.

The incident occurred on December 8, 2025, when a young man reported to the police. He stated that he and a friend, along with two girls, were relaxing in a hotel on Krasnaya Street. Suddenly, strangers broke into their room, beat him, took his mobile phone, and forced him to transfer 6,700 soms to an electronic wallet.

A criminal case was initiated regarding this incident under Article 206 ("Robbery") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The law enforcement agencies were able to detain a young man named T.D., born in 2007. He was placed in a temporary detention facility.

The investigation established that the stolen smartphone was sold by the suspect for 10,000 soms, and the money was spent.

Work to identify the second suspect is ongoing.
