According to BBC News, Marius Borg Høiby, the son of the Crown Princess of Norway, has begun testifying in a court case regarding rapes.
He is facing charges on 38 counts, among which the most serious are one count of rape and three counts of violent sexual acts.
At the first court session, which took place the day before, 29-year-old Høiby, wiping away tears and removing his glasses, declared his innocence regarding the rapes, but admitted partial guilt for physical violence against his former partner.
He faces a potential sentence of up to 16 years in prison.
