According to information from the local police, on January 27, 2026, a resident of the village of Kum, A.N., born in 1968, approached the Aksy District Internal Affairs Department. He reported that between October 10 and 30, 2025, his cow, valued at approximately 120,000 soms, had gone missing. The man requested assistance in identifying the culprits.
The statement was registered in the Unified Register of Crimes of the Aksy District Internal Affairs Department, which served as the basis for initiating a criminal case under Article 205-1 ("Theft of Cattle") of the Criminal Code.
During operational activities conducted by the staff of the Aksy District Internal Affairs Department, several residents of the Aksy district, born in 2003, 2004, and 2008, were detained. By court decision, they were placed in custody for two months.
Currently, investigative actions regarding this case are ongoing.
