Night Raid in Bishkek: Silence Broken, Fines Issued, Clubs Under Control

In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, in the Pervomaisky district, a raid took place aimed at ensuring public order and compliance with the noise law, as well as anti-tobacco legislation in establishments popular among young people. This was reported by the city's Internal Affairs Department.
During the inspection, various bars, cafes, and nightclubs were checked. As a result of the inspections, the district administration issued reports on several establishments, including the club "Zira," karaoke club "Marvel," cafe "Empire of Pizza," and Club.




During the raid, the Internal Affairs staff issued 10 administrative protocols for smoking in places where it is prohibited. The total amount of fines imposed was 30,000 soms.
The staff and visitors of the establishments were informed about the current legislative requirements: maintaining silence at night and a complete ban on smoking indoors.
The results of the raid were forwarded to the relevant services for further analysis. District authorities stated their intention to continue similar checks to enhance control and ensure the safety of residents and guests of the capital.
