In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, law enforcement agencies detained a man for using obscene language in a public place. This was reported by the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District.
According to information from the police, on January 31, an 18-year-old young man was admitted to one of the hospitals in the city. A video also appeared on social media showing a stranger insulting him with obscene language.
As a result of an investigation conducted by the investigative authorities, a man born in 1998 was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. He was issued a protocol for petty hooliganism under Article 126 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and examinations were appointed to assess the bodily injuries of the victim.
