According to information from law enforcement agencies, the incident occurred on January 28 at around 9:00 PM.
It became known that a girl born in 2003 contacted the police. She reported that four strangers approached her, arriving in a Hyundai Sonata. They covered her face with a sheet, used force, and forcibly placed her in the car.
As a result of prompt operational actions, the suspects were detained the same day and handed over to the operational investigative group of the Manas city department of internal affairs, as stated in the official release.
