As a result of operational actions by the police, the suspect was identified as a 36-year-old citizen named T.A., who was taken to the station. A citizen named D.D. also filed a complaint with the law enforcement authorities.
A protocol was drawn up against the detained individual under Article 126 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
