He was wanted in France on charges of facilitating the illegal stay of foreigners, using forged documents, and participating in a criminal group. The third wanted person, born in 1986, was caught in Bishkek thanks to the "Safe City" video surveillance system. He was wanted for fraud and was also sent to the Investigative Service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District.
