According to information provided by the press service of the Osh City Internal Affairs Department, on January 9, 2026, a citizen identified as N.Z., born in 1999, reported to the local internal affairs office.
She stated that on the day she was leaving the "Osh" International Airport, an acquaintance named Sh. openly stole her mobile phone, a "Redmi 5," and 11,500 rubles.
After receiving the report, a case was registered, and a preliminary investigation began. As a result of operational search activities, the suspect was identified as Y. uulu Sh., born in 1996, who was detained for further investigation.
Based on the collected evidence, a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 ("Robbery") of the Criminal Code, and operational investigative actions commenced.
