As a result of operational-search activities, the identity of the author of these publications was established — he is an eighth-grade student from one of the local schools. According to the GKNB, the teenager was under the influence of outsiders on the internet and was experiencing psychological pressure.
The detained individual has been handed over to the investigative authorities for further proceedings.
The GKNB reminded that for serious crimes, including threats of terrorism, responsibility begins at the age of 14, and such acts are punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to ten years.
