According to information received by the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs, on January 17, citizen B.Ch. filed a complaint stating that on December 18, 2025, around 21:30, her son was kidnapped by unknown individuals on Shirokaya Street.
The woman reported that the criminals, threatening her and applying psychological pressure, recorded a video to create a false impression of her son's involvement in drug-related activities. This video was later used for blackmail, demanding 400,000 soms.
As a result of investigative actions, a criminal case was initiated under Article 208 ("Extortion") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, five suspects, aged between 17 and 18, were detained after the transfer of 400,000 soms.
