The plot, covering 12.8 hectares, was transferred to the Suzak association "Plodorodie" in 1978 for aviation services for agricultural land. This facility was of significant importance for the development of the agricultural sector and ensuring food security in the region.
Investigative authorities found that in 2003, M.Z., who held the position of head of the Bagysh rural administration, violated the law by making an illegal decision to transfer the plot to his relative M.S.
As a result of the operational activities carried out, the area of 12.8 hectares was fully returned to municipal ownership.
Currently, the SCNS is conducting checks on the legality of the use of all lands that were previously under the control of agricultural chemical enterprises.
Based on the results of the comprehensive inspection, the agency will take appropriate measures in accordance with current legislation.
