Suspect Detained for Illegal Activities
In the Sokuluk district of the Chui region, in the village of Kozhomkul (formerly Voenno-Antonovka), agricultural land plots were seized, where construction had begun. This information was provided by the regional internal affairs department.
On January 16, a local resident B.D., born in 1986, filed a complaint with the police regarding the illegal actions of unknown individuals. According to him, construction work was being carried out on plot number 295, which has an area of 3 hectares.
In connection with this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation revealed that, according to the data from the Sokuluk district branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, this plot is not subject to land amnesty and is intended for agricultural use.
During the investigative activities, D.G., born in 1961, was detained and is currently in a temporary detention facility.
