On January 16, a local resident of the village of Kozhomkula contacted the police. She stated that construction work had begun on her agricultural land plot of 3 hectares, located in contour No. 295, being carried out without compliance with its intended purpose.
This incident was registered in accordance with Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to illegal seizure and construction on agricultural land in violation of established rules.
During the investigation, it was found that the mentioned plot does not fall under the land amnesty.
The law enforcement authorities detained the suspect, born in 1961, known as D.G. She was placed in a temporary detention facility.
Additionally, statements have been received by the Internal Affairs Department of the Sokuluk District from another 15 citizens, each of which is also under investigation.
The Main Internal Affairs Department suspects that the detained woman may be involved in other similar crimes.
