According to information provided by the Osh Internal Affairs press service, on January 24, 2026, in the early morning hours, around 05:00, the Ak-Burinsky police station received a report from the emergency medical service. It was reported that a resident of U. Salieva Street, B.G., born in 1999, was taken to a medical facility with injuries, allegedly after being beaten by her husband.
Later, the police detained the victim's husband, born in 1994, and brought him to the investigative department. At the time of his detention, he was in a state of alcohol intoxication. An investigation is currently underway.
The Internal Affairs Department clarified that the information regarding the woman being stabbed is not true, and no stab wounds were found on her.
The preliminary investigation established that the woman sustained injuries while trying to escape from her husband and fell. She is currently in the hospital, and her condition is assessed by doctors as satisfactory.
