According to the information from the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktyabrsky District, the arrest occurred after a report from M. N. on January 14. The woman stated that she was contacted by unknown individuals via Instagram, who, after gaining her trust, promised to help her and received 523,366 soms from her in return. After the funds were transferred, the scammers blocked her on the account and ceased communication. During the investigation, evidence of criminal activity was found with the suspect: mobile phones, bank cards, advertising materials, and business cards with the number to which the transfers were made. All these items were seized and added to the case.
The police urge anyone who has fallen victim to scammers or has any information to contact the following numbers: 0700 21 00 24, 0551 90 00 59, 102.
