During the investigation, it was established that 32 administrative buildings and five land plots, which were located on the territory of the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital (Manas), the Bazar-Korgon Territorial Hospital, and Kochkor-Ata, were transferred into private hands. These facilities were used for commercial activities, including medical centers, pharmacy points, and catering establishments.
In the process of illegal alienation and long-term leasing of these properties, the amount of rent payments was significantly lower than the market rate. After the buildings and land plots were returned to state ownership, the lease conditions were revised, resulting in a multiple increase in rental payments.
As a result of the investigative and operational activities carried out, all the mentioned properties and land plots were returned to state ownership.
