The road incident was recorded on the morning of January 22, around 9:30, on the bypass road in the Suzak district. According to witnesses, the truck was descending from the Topurak-Bel pass towards the village of Suzak when it experienced brake failure on the descent and overturned.
Passing drivers assisted in extracting the victim and handed him over to the paramedics.
The chief physician of the Suzak territorial hospital, Akzhol Turgunbaev, spoke about the condition of the victim, who was sent to the trauma department. "A man born in 1993, who became a victim of a traffic accident, was admitted to our hospital. He has a closed fracture of the right thigh and an open fracture of the left shin. He was brought in a state of traumatic shock and is currently under the supervision of doctors," noted the chief physician.
