According to the press service of the Osh region Internal Affairs Department, the situation is as follows:
“This incident was recorded at the Nookat District Internal Affairs Department on January 20, 2026. The district inspector immediately went to the specified address, where he carried out all necessary actions within his authority. He established that one pane of a double-glazed window was broken, while the other remained intact, after which the information was passed on to the investigator. The inspector then continued to interview witnesses at the scene of the event.
At that moment, the investigative operational group was responding to another call related to the death of a citizen. Therefore, the claim that law enforcement did not respond to the call is not true.
Currently, necessary examinations are being conducted, as well as a review of all circumstances of the case.”
