The woman claimed that the livestock dealer sold her animals and is not returning them.
A 52-year-old woman contacted the police on January 3, expressing dissatisfaction with the actions of her former herdsman. She stated that in 2010 she entrusted him with 10 cows for grazing, which he was supposed to keep in his barn in the village of Töch-Bulak in the Sokuluk district until 2025. Over the years, the herd increased to over 60 heads, and horses also appeared. According to the woman, the herdsman sold her animals and has no intention of compensating her for the losses.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Law enforcement agencies detained B.M., born in 1959, who is now in a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is currently underway.
