The incident occurred on January 16, when a local resident reported to the police about an attack. According to him, in an apartment of a multi-story building on Umetalieva Street, his acquaintance threatened him with a knife and took two iPhone 15 ProMax phones, as well as 20,000 soms.
This case was registered under Article 206 ("Robbery") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, the suspect, M.F., born in 1989, was arrested and placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the arrest, only one of the stolen phones was found with him, while the second had already been sold for 18,000 soms at one of the shopping centers. The buyer was taken to the police station, where the investigation continues.
