The incident occurred on January 20, when a signal about a conflict in one of the establishments on Chuy Avenue was received by the 102 service.
Upon the arrival of the investigative-operational group of the Sverdlovsk Police Department, it was revealed that a quarrel had occurred between visitors, which quickly escalated into a fight with threats of using weapons. As a result of the confrontation, two people sustained knife wounds.
This incident was recorded in accordance with Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism.
Police officers were able to promptly detain several suspects: M.B. (born in 2007), M.B. (also born in 2007), A.M. (born in 2006), and K.S. (born in 2008).
In addition, a gas-powered weapon was seized and sent for examination. The investigation is currently ongoing.
