According to information provided by the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Osh, the incident was registered at the Nookat District Internal Affairs Department on January 20. Immediately after receiving the report, a district inspector went to the scene, conducted a preliminary investigation, and found that one double-glazed window in the house was damaged while the other remained intact. After this, the inspector transferred the collected data to an investigator and continued interviewing witnesses.
The Internal Affairs Department explained that at the time of receiving the call, the investigative-operational group was engaged in another incident related to a person's death. Therefore, the information that the police "did not respond to the call" is incorrect.
Currently, examinations are being conducted regarding this fact, and a thorough investigation is underway.
