According to law enforcement reports, on January 20 at 09:53, a report about a burned car was received by the duty unit of the Moscow district police. The vehicle was discovered on the eastern outskirts of the village of Spartak, in a wasteland near a lake, along the road.
At the scene, it was determined that there were two people in the cabin: the driver in the front seat and the passenger in the rear right. The identities of the victims were established: the driver was O. E., born in 2000 and residing in the village of Spartak, and the passenger was T. S., a 10th-grade student of Spartak Secondary School, born in 2010.
It was also revealed that O. E. purchased the car on January 11, 2026, and two days later contacted electrician S. S. with a complaint about a malfunction of the left headlight.
At this time, the bodies have been sent to the morgue for forensic examinations, and the investigation is ongoing.
