According to information from the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department, the incident occurred on January 17 at around 07:05, when the duty station received a report from the hospital that 30-year-old A. K. had been admitted with stab wounds.

The arriving investigative team confirmed that the victim had cuts on his left shoulder.

During the investigation, it was revealed that A. K. witnessed a conflict between an unknown man and his wife. When he attempted to intervene, he faced aggression from the attacker, who stabbed him twice in the shoulder with a knife before fleeing the scene.

Suspect.
A criminal case has been initiated under paragraph 3 of part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, classified as "Hooliganism." Necessary examinations are being conducted.

As a result of operational measures, the suspect was detained. He turned out to be 22-year-old A. A., who was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Currently, the pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
