According to information provided by the Interior Ministry of the Oktobrskiy District, on January 18, 2026, at 10:56, a signal was received at number 102 that a man had fallen into the icy waters of the river at the corner of Maldybaev and Akhunbaev streets.
This incident was recorded in the Incident Log of the Interior Ministry of the Oktobrskiy District of Bishkek, and an initial investigation is currently underway.
It should be noted that the victim, a citizen I.K., born in 1969, was in a state of alcohol intoxication. An investigation is being conducted to establish all the details of the incident.
