The police identified the man found on the frozen Ala-Archa River.
On January 18, a man was found on the frozen Ala-Archa River. Neighbors in the area helped him get out, provided first aid, and called medical personnel and the police. According to the victim, he was thrown into the river.
At 10:56, a report of the incident was received at the emergency number 102. As a result of the investigation, the identity of the man was established, and he turned out to be I.K., born in 1969.
According to information from the Internal Affairs Directorate, the man was in a state of alcohol intoxication.
Currently, all circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
