In connection with this incident, the investigative service initiated a criminal case under Article 37-122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning attempted murder.
As a result of operational-search activities conducted on hot trails, law enforcement officers were able to identify the suspect, who turned out to be A. A., born in 2003. He was detained and brought to the investigative service, after which he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
