In Naryn Region, fines for traffic violations amount to nearly 30 million soms

In the Naryn region, since the beginning of this year, the Traffic Safety Administration (UOBDD) has recorded 28,333 cases of traffic rule violations.
The total amount of fines collected for the budget amounted to 29 million 833 thousand 641 soms.

During inspections, UOBDD employees identified the following violations:

• 801 drivers were detained for driving under the influence of alcohol;
• 6,940 people exceeded the established speed limit;
• 1,820 drivers operated vehicles without the necessary documents;
• 8,172 people ignored road sign instructions;
• 689 drivers entered oncoming traffic;
• 106 cases of illegal window tinting;
• 51 cases of auto hooliganism.

In addition, 4,214 vehicles were sent to the impound lot for various traffic rule violations.
