According to the information provided under the video, both vehicles were turning from Osmonkula Street onto Jibek Jolu Avenue. The video author claims that one of the drivers created an obstruction on the right and cut off the other. "After a brief conversation, he caught up with us and started threatening," one witness recounted.
The press service of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs confirmed that the incident took place on the morning of January 14. An investigative check is currently underway to establish the identity of the threatening man.
