The investigation established that the members of the criminal group divided responsibilities among themselves for the registration of foreign citizens without legal grounds, the agency's press service reports.
The collected evidence became the basis for the court's decision. The court, taking into account the demands of the state prosecutor, sentenced two Russians to a suspended sentence of three years and two months of imprisonment, while a citizen of Kyrgyzstan received a four-year prison term with an additional fine of 100,000 rubles, the management reported.
