In Karakol, a missing underage girl who reported violence in the village of Ak-Suu has been found.
According to the father, his daughter, born in 2010, left home on January 2 around 14:00 and has not returned since.
The statement was recorded in the log of the internal affairs department of Karakol, and necessary checks and search operations began.
During the operational search activities, the girl was found and handed over to the juvenile affairs inspection staff.
During the interrogation, conducted in the presence of her mother, the minor stated that on January 7 in the village of Ak-Suu, she was subjected to violence in an unknown house.
This incident was recorded in the log of the internal affairs department of Karakol, and a preliminary investigation was initiated. A forensic medical examination was also appointed for further study of the circumstances of the case. Since the incident occurred in the territory of the Ak-Suu district, the materials were sent according to territorial jurisdiction in accordance with Article 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The fact of violence was registered in the Crime Registration Book of the internal affairs department of the Ak-Suu district, and based on Article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sexual acts with a child under the age of sixteen), a criminal case was initiated.
As a result of investigative actions, O. U. and B. K., both born in 2006 and residents of the village of Ak-Suu, were detained as suspects. During the interrogation, they confessed to their guilt and were placed in custody in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Articles 96 and 97 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
