In Bishkek, a Drunk Driver Abandoned His Car and Tried to Escape from the Police

In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a driver was detained while in a state of alcoholic intoxication. The information about the incident was provided by the staff of the Patrol Police Department.

According to the statement, the driver ignored the demand to stop and attempted to flee from law enforcement.

During the chase, he abandoned the vehicle and threw away the ignition keys.

After that, he tried to escape on foot, but after injuring his leg, he was apprehended by the police.

During the detention, both the driver and his companions did not comply with the lawful demands of the police officers. As a result of a medical examination at a narcological facility, it was established that he was under the influence of alcohol.

All necessary protocols were drawn up against the violator, and his vehicle was sent to the impound lot.
