In Bishkek, activities continue for the dismantling of structures that were placed in violation of land use conditions.

By the decision of the commission of the Bishkek city mayor's office, contracts with the owners of the structures located at the intersection of Patrice Lumumba and Volkov streets have been terminated.

The Department for Land Use Control has begun the demolition of lightweight commercial pavilions as part of these activities.

A total of 12 structures were identified on the site, of which 4 have already been dismantled, while work on the remaining 8 is ongoing.

The aim of these activities is to free municipal territory and improve order in the urban environment.

It should also be noted that the First May District Administration plans to carry out landscaping work to bring the area into proper sanitary and aesthetic condition.
