She noted that local residents express serious concerns about the operation of wastewater treatment facilities and the functioning of the distillery in Kara-Balta. People fear that this could negatively impact the ecology, the quality of drinking water, and the health of citizens.
Additionally, Cholpon Esenamanova presented a collective appeal from the residents of the Sary-Koos rural municipality requesting to expedite the process of asphalting local roads. According to the citizens, the lack of quality road surfaces creates significant difficulties, especially in the autumn-winter season, complicating transportation and access to social institutions.
In her speech, the deputy urged the relevant ministries and local authorities to conduct an inspection of the wastewater treatment facilities and the distillery, as well as to include the asphalting of the mentioned road sections in the plans for the near future.
