During a raid conducted by the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan in the Moscow district of Chui region, a case of illegal gasoline sales was discovered.

In the village of Sadovoe, it was found that fuel was being sold without the mandatory labeling with molecular markers at one of the gas stations.

The violation was confirmed using a special analyzer, which revealed the absence of a marker in the composition of the fuel and lubricants (F&L). The results of laboratory tests conducted at OJSC "Uchkun" also confirmed the fact of the violation.

As a result of the inspection, 8,500 liters of fuel were seized, with a value exceeding 579,000 soms.

Employees of the State Tax Service drew up the relevant acts. The collected materials have been sent to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment and action in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It is important to note that from October 1, 2024, mandatory labeling of gasoline and diesel fuel will come into effect in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. This requirement applies to both imported and domestic F&L. The import, transportation, and sale of fuel without molecular markers are prohibited.
